2. Nature of Our Service

bestratemoving.com is a referral service that connects customers with a licensed and insured long distance moving company. We are not a moving carrier and do not perform moves ourselves.

We do not own trucks, employ moving crews, load, transport, or store household goods. Any moving services you receive are provided under a separate contract, bill of lading, or estimate between you and the moving carrier. We are not a party to that agreement.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are non-binding preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined by the moving carrier and may change based on actual weight or volume, access conditions, additional services, shuttle requirements, or schedule changes. We make no guarantee regarding any price, date, or availability.

4. $500 Move Credit

The advertised $500 move credit is a limited-time promotional offer applied at the discretion of the participating moving carrier to qualifying long distance moves. It has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated, may require a minimum move size or distance, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. The credit must be requested at the time of booking.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in any quote request.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and for your own move inquiry.
• Independently verify the licensing, insurance, and reviews of any moving company before signing a contract or paying a deposit.
• Not use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or submit fraudulent requests.

6. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your information, you authorize us and our moving partner to contact you by telephone, text message, and email at the contact details you provide, including by automated means, regarding your move request. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOWES VAN LINES LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss, delay, or damage to goods arising from services performed by a moving carrier. Our total aggregate liability relating to the site or our referral service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOWES VAN LINES LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with a moving carrier.

All content on this site, including the BestRate Moving name, logo, text, graphics, and photographs, is owned by or licensed to LOWES VAN LINES LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
